Un switch conecta dispositivos en la LAN. Las VLANs lo segmentan en varias redes lógicas sin comprar más equipo.

Crear y asignar VLANs
vlan 10 name VENTAS interface Gi0/1 switchport mode access switchport access vlan 10
Trunking
El trunk transporta varias VLANs entre switches o hacia el router (802.1Q).
interface Gi0/24 switchport mode trunk switchport trunk allowed vlan 10,20,30
